avatar
correct. ideally all leagues will be moving over
avatar
Pretty sure GIG and baseball leagues will be following suit shortly.
avatar
So all active leagues here will be at new site?
avatar
https://dynastysportshub.proboards.com We're moving leagues to a new site folks. Several users report not being able to access this site anymore. New board will have 3 admins instead of one absent admin so we should be able to keep things better updated.
avatar
1.3 pick in gig is on the block if anyone is interested
avatar
gotcha... makes sense. I just have draft brain right now and I'm a degenerate lol.
avatar
the thought was to wait until after the bulk of memorial day weekend so as to not stall out for a couple days, but I suppose there is no harm in it.
avatar
gig untimed start now?

Way to go QFL. Another great draft in the books
2023-24 KTR Playoffs
#1
EASTERN CONFERENCE

#8 Washington vs #1 Brooklyn 5-4 (Nets with 13 more GP and squeaks by. Just shows that WAS will be a force with Wemby for years to come)
#7 Philadelphia vs #2 Detroit 6-3 (Pistons keep the Bad Boys moniker as Miles Bridges leads them past a just-happy-to-be-there Philly squad)
#6 Toronto vs #3 New York 5-4 (Raptors win this with just 1 fewer turnover. Kawhi put them on his back)
#5 Cleveland vs #4 Miami 7-2 (Jalen Duren, Bam and of course Dalano Banton were more than the Cavs good handle)

WESTERN CONFERENCE

#8 San Antonio vs #1 Phoenix 5-4 (Suns had a whopping 15 more GP than the Spurs and still had a nail biter)
#7 Portland vs #2 New Orleans 6-3 (Blazers gave the Pels a brief scare but Beal and SGA were too much)
#6 Oklahoma City vs #3 Houston 5-4 (Paul George with a huge week and Jordan Poole earned his money here. Rockets still in shock at losing)
#5 Minnesota vs #4 Golden State 5-4 (I guess this was the week of the reverse jinx with injury complaints)

2ND ROUND

#4 Miami vs #1 Brooklyn 5-4 (Heat with the upset here as guys like Niang and Banton with big contributions while the BRK bigs were mediocre)
#6 Toronto vs #2 Detroit 7-2 (TOR was just happy to be here. Pistons continue their surprising season)

#4 Golden State at #1 Phoenix 7-2 (Suns dominated and I have to eat my words about Jeff in both basketball and football)
#6 Oklahoma City at #2 New Orleans 5.5-3.5 (Look at Klay with the vintage performance for NOR! OKC gave it a good fight but they needed more blocks from Gafford/Lopez)

CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIPS

#4 Miami at #2 Detroit 5.5-3.5 (DiVincenzo and Miles Bridges carry the load in a game that went down to the wire)

#2 New Orleans at #1 Phoenix 5.5-3.5 (D.Russell and D.Hunter shot lights out for NOLA while M.Monk got injured mid-week and Draymond got ejected again)

KTR CHAMPIONSHIP

#2 Detroit at #2 New Orleans 5-4 (3 rebounds were the difference for the Pels as they survive a week without SGA. Both teams were impacted by injuries but the Pels held on)

Finals MVP: D'Angelo Russell, NOP

Weirdly enough I managed to win all the big man categories (plus points scored) despite Gobert missing 2x games, Ayton missing 2x games and Collins missing 1x game. Simons (1.5), Tobias (2) and Herro (4) being out for 7.5 games combined was what killed me. Couldn't keep up with the Banton/Niang onslaught.

Murphy was missing Randle, Barrett, Thybulle, for the week, plus Duren and Bam late, so the matchup was largely a complete sh!tshow all around. Alas, hoops playoffs are getting crazier with injuries every year it seems. Good week Murph. Your guys gutted that one out. I have another reason to hate Niang now.

Congrats to Palooka and Derekroed for their 1st title game appearances in KTR. Not too shocked to see NOLA here but I think even Derek was surprised to end up here. Best of luck to both of you.

That was a miracle comeback yesterday. The mid season trades to acquire Anthony and Caruso paid off. Once I had a full starting line up, my team went on a run. Palooka and I have played in leagues together for over 5 years now. Will be a fun match up for us.

The red flags (injuries) were wild this week. Suns lost a game from Lillard and maxey and monk while i lost two games from SGA and one from Klay, while OG has remained out indefinitely. Luckily my other guys I've been riding and didn't trade at the deadline pulled through.

Looking forward to this matchup with Derek. Praying for health this week.

Congrats Ryan. Was a close matchup. Both of us were hobbled with injuries and missed games by the end of the week. In the end, the better team won.

Congrats to Derek for turning around the Pistons this year and hanging tough in the Finals. Palooka's squad earned their way this season with 66 regular season victories.
