Trade deadline is Monday August 31 at 11:59pm Eastern.  Both teams must confirm trade by this time for it to be valid.

Playoffs start week 7- September 7th

Top 4 in each league make the playoffs.

Free agency closes on Friday September 4.  No further players may be posted after that date.

I've also updated position eligibility for current season to 8 games for position players. 8 games is 40% of the norm of 20 games. 40% is right around the amount of games MLB is playing compared to their normal season. Since we use only P positions, pitchers dont really matter for that. This was an oversight in trying to change so many rules pre-season and I missed it. Apologies to all.
