Miami is taking on Brad Millers contract for 2 pitchers I think highly of. Relying on Tampa�s track record to produce pitchers with Bitsko and Zulueta is Toronto�s 3rd top prospect in the MLB list. Having 2 of the top 3 Toronto prospects puts me in a great position in a year or two for my pitching.
