Pretty sure GIG and baseball leagues will be following suit shortly.

So all active leagues here will be at new site?
avatar
https://dynastysportshub.proboards.com We're moving leagues to a new site folks. Several users report not being able to access this site anymore. New board will have 3 admins instead of one absent admin so we should be able to keep things better updated.
avatar
1.3 pick in gig is on the block if anyone is interested
avatar
gotcha... makes sense. I just have draft brain right now and I'm a degenerate lol.
avatar
the thought was to wait until after the bulk of memorial day weekend so as to not stall out for a couple days, but I suppose there is no harm in it.
avatar
gig untimed start now?

Way to go QFL. Another great draft in the books

Star
TB and ATL reach a deal

TB sends

Elehuris Montero p25

ATL sends

Drey Jameson pna
Bryan De La Cruz p24

TB to confirm.

Using some depth to get a player I like that works for our org. Thanks TB and good luck.

Confirm

Bring back DLC hoping he gets traded or stash for when Soler/Garcia age out

Jameson a MLB ready SP

Felt Montero could be moved since acquiring Urias

I can't endorse. Montero may or may not hit, but the Moustakas signing says they know he can't play defense. Giving up a starting OFer and a SP on the cusp is too big a price.

He is battling Sanchez for the STARTING LF job. Not 4th OF. (Soler is the DH) Gurriel winning a MLB roster slot could push Cruz to minors because Sanchez does not have options and he does.

In fairness the Marlins beat writer did state Sanchez still has the edge.

It is NOT assured Montero get's 400 ABs. He also has an option year left. Both these guys were sub 1 WAR with questionable defense and no actual track record to keep a starting gig.

Think Cruz is the better hitter, but Montero is playing the more scarce posistion. So I understand the logic. Drey is kinda getting treated as an after thought, but I don't think this is nearly veto'd able.

Approve.

Deleted the chat to make sure the thread didn't get clogged up.

Is this bad for ATL in terms of value? Yes.

It's right on the verge of veto territory just because it's not a great idea for rebuilding teams to swap two high variance players for what many would argue is the 3rd best player in the deal.

Likelihood of regret = high

Likelihood of significant regret = not that high (most likely scenario is that none of the 3 are impact players)

So while I don't think this is a good idea I'll vote to approve.
