Royals confirm.

The goal of this trade is to increase our upside on the pitching staff, and we get to do that with Clevenger. I do like all 3 of the prospects we gave up to make this happen, but elite upside is rare and now that there is no looming suspension I am willing to take the chance that Clevinger is going to be a top pitcher again with a cheap extension.
