INF Mauricio Dubon (pc23)


We need some bodies to fill out both sides of the ball more than we need late spects. This achieves that. With any luck, they both play well and I can either keep them or flip them later. Thanks to the Tigers for the talks and Scal to confirm.

Looking back at previous drafts. There are some specs that do fall the 4th that work out. This saves 2.8M + 600K in PC bids.
