Mark Vientos, 3B (NYM) (spec)
Alex Speas, SP (TEX) (spec)
Daniel Mondano, OF (COL) (spec)
Cole Hamels, SP (ATL) ($10-$12-$12-$12)
3rd round pick 2020-21 draft

TOR trades:

Rio Ruiz, 3B (BAL) ($300k)

MIL needs more hitting and Ruiz is a great low-risk, high-reward candidate for me on a tight budget.� I HATE moving Vientos as I think he'll be a stud in the near future with the Mets but I had to get some cap flexibility and that was the cost of moving Hamels while acquiring a viable bat for this season.

I always think these cap dump deals are on the light end but Vientos is at least consensus top 200 and appreciably better than will be available in FA this season or the start of next.
