JT Realmuto (10.3, 10.3), $8M already paid in 2022, MIA will pay remaining $2.3M in 2022

TAMPA BAY TRADES:

Jasson Dominguez
2023 1.20 Draft Pick
2023 3.02 Draft Pick

Trading Realmuto to open cap in 2023. Getting my stud Dominguez back as well as a first round pick. With Trevino doing as well as he is, I can afford to trade Realmuto to prepare for the future.

We had 14 picks going into 2023, and with only around ten projected holes to fill.

Felt it a wise use of some draft capital on a premium player at a premium position.

Given that I have three Phillies MiLB catchers it made sense to take a run at him when he was posted.

Was having some regrets about trading Contreras. 

Given that Dominguez came via the Franmil Reyes trade, it gave me some context of the value. 

Thanks to Miami for the patience and the deal...
