Cincy and Pitt make a rare trade together.  Cincy makes this move, simply to gain a WR that I love and to clear some cap space while throwing a draft pick in the mix.  Resigns this year are going to be a little more difficult, paired with no first round pick.  Just had to work on switching things up early on.  Thanks to Petis and PIT to confirm
