Pretty sure GIG and baseball leagues will be following suit shortly.
avatar
So all active leagues here will be at new site?
avatar
https://dynastysportshub.proboards.com We're moving leagues to a new site folks. Several users report not being able to access this site anymore. New board will have 3 admins instead of one absent admin so we should be able to keep things better updated.

1.3 pick in gig is on the block if anyone is interested
avatar
gotcha... makes sense. I just have draft brain right now and I'm a degenerate lol.
avatar
the thought was to wait until after the bulk of memorial day weekend so as to not stall out for a couple days, but I suppose there is no harm in it.
avatar
gig untimed start now?

Way to go QFL. Another great draft in the books
CIN/WAS Trade (Restructured)
#1
The Cincinnati Reds and the Washington Nationals have agreed to a restructured trade.

CIN Sends

1B/OF Danny Santana - $14M, $9.8M, $9.8M ($4M paid in '22 and '23)
2023 Pick 1.19
2023 Pick 2.29 (from CLE)

WAS Sends

2023 Pick 2.02
2023 Pick 3.20

CIN agrees to pay $8M of Santana's salary over the next two yearsand upgrade the second pick from the previous dealfrom a 4th to a 2nd, while receiving the lesser of WAS's 3rds than before (3.06 to 3.20). CIN still clears cap room and a roster spot this year for the loss of draft capital next year; WAS still gets the 1st they have been targeting.

WAS to confirm.

Taken on board Ace’s comments on the last deal.

Am aiming to use my cap space to either acquire picks or improve them significantly; hopefully this passes the test for the latter at a reduced cost on the previous deal. Getting hold of first round picks hasn’t proved easy, so am more than happy with the cost/benefit ratio here, while still retaining the biggest cap space in the league to make other deals.
