Astros agree to this deal.

It opens up approximately $19 million dollars in additional cap room this year. Even though not the best, Taijuan walker will help secure up the bottom of my pitching rotation. Matthew Liberatore is a solid prospect. Plus I should add a great prospect with the 1.3 pick even. So the deal helps me improve some other positions in FA and helps my farm team.
