Please vote and feel free to offer any experiences of running first year player drafts on fantrax.

For the past 3 years at fantrax I have held a draft for the ROTO league I commish involving 20 teams and a roster of 36 players including 18 keeper players. Our draft is a total of 18 rounds with a 2-hour clock and the clock off midnight to 7 a.m. each day.  The past 2-years it has taken 7 days to complete the draft a total of 360 picks.

Ace... Fantrax says the Rays has the 10th pick in the 2022 draft.

Went thru the transactions trying to see if the previous owner traded away picks.

Could not really determine anything concrete.

Can you confirm (at your earliest convenience) what picks I will have in 2022?

I've ran FYPDs on Fantrax for my non-salary league I commish. Overall it's pretty easy and the nice thing is you don't have to manually input all of the players at the end. It's a little harder to keep track of who was picked (only options are to scroll through the chat or open another window) but using the Queue function is pretty nice so you can keep track of your targets.

I'm in favor of the switch to running it on Fantrax.

Remember that this draft is the 2021 draft. We are drafting the players from the 2021 draft so we refer to it as that even though we are doing it in early 2022. It is based upon the 2020 season results. 

Your 2022 draft position is based upon 2021 results and will be next year.

Yep; I sent a PM. As in the rules we use the standings from two seasons ago so that when you trade a pick you know exactly what slot it is.

I vote for holding the draft on Fantrax.

I don't think there's a way to filter to only a list of eligible players in the draft room (you can filter to minors only), so it might require a certain level of maintenance/monitoring. I'm fine with either way though.
