avatar
Pretty sure GIG and baseball leagues will be following suit shortly.
avatar
So all active leagues here will be at new site?
avatar
https://dynastysportshub.proboards.com We're moving leagues to a new site folks. Several users report not being able to access this site anymore. New board will have 3 admins instead of one absent admin so we should be able to keep things better updated.

1.3 pick in gig is on the block if anyone is interested
avatar
gotcha... makes sense. I just have draft brain right now and I'm a degenerate lol.
avatar
the thought was to wait until after the bulk of memorial day weekend so as to not stall out for a couple days, but I suppose there is no harm in it.

gig untimed start now?

Way to go QFL. Another great draft in the books
ARI/DAL Trade

ARI send:

2022 1st round pick (ARI)
2023 1st round pick (ARI)
2023 3rd round pick (ARI)
2022 5th round pick (ARI)
QB Mac Jones NE ($1.8M,$1.8M,$1.8M,$1.8M)

DAL send:

DE Myles Garrett CLE ($7.7M)
QB Matt Ryan ATL ($22.5M,$22.5M,$22.5M)
$28.4M in 2021 cap

Arizona doing this to land the best DE in GIG and a good starting QB for this season. We view DE similarly to RB in this league, and Garrett will add to an already owned Chase Young forming quite the duo. Garrett explodes for 35+ quite often and we have the cap to resign the 26 year old. We always have been a Matt Ryan fan, and he will start more games than our QBs on the roster will this year. We don't mind cutting Ryan his salary in later years as the bonus is only $5M. Jones (well beyond his years) and 2 1sts plus depth picks is quite the haul, but we are hoping that our picks should be later in the rounds to even that out... This should work out for what both sides are trying to do. Thanks to Sooner and best of luck!

Comish that sees this - pm about paying for 2023, thanks.

Cowboys confirm. The Matt Ryan Contract was an anchor around trying to augment a very average team otherwise. It was going to make a re-sign of Garrett hard. As such, was staring at cutting him with no return. This gets me effectively three first round picks for Garrett. One of those is already cashed in as a future QB.

I pay for these guys this year, but get out from under that money in future years. This helps for a quicker rebuild.

Thanks for the easy deal and good luck Arizona
