Justin Simmons, S, 7m (2022)

San Diego sends
Shaq Thompson,  LB, $12m (2023) 5 m paid this season only
Jerry Tillery, DT, $2.9m (2023)
Chauncey Gardner-Johnson,  S, 0.9m (2022)

Giving up some talent for Simmons but also need to clear some cap now and in future etc thus this deal makes sense for us both.
