the thought was to wait until after the bulk of memorial day weekend so as to not stall out for a couple days, but I suppose there is no harm in it.

Someone asked about when RFA might start for KTR. Seeing as this will be a very robust RFA pool I think it will be best to wait until Fantrax allows me to renew the league for the new season. That should be after the 8 seeding games in the bubble take place.

Hope to have the spreadsheets updated for the new season by this weekend. We are still technically in between seasons until Fantrax allows me to renew the league. Then once everyone has paid up we can get the ball rolling on trades and RFA.

The new league has been created. I am in the process of updating the spreadsheet for the new league year.

Spreadsheets have all been rolled to the new season. 14/30 have paid their entry fees so far. I sent an email to the stragglers.

Deadline to renew and get entry paid is 10/1/20. Any unpaid teams will be put on the open market at that point.
RFA will start on 10/10/20. Let's get going folks we have a lot of offseason that we need to pack into a short period of time.

Now that it looks like 12/22 is going to be the season start date I believe we have time to start UFA after the draft which is how we always intend to have the offseason flow.
Will re-assess and have the new offseason plan by end of this week. Thanks for everyone’s patience on this.

If you want to decline any team options, then please do so by March 10th. I definitely see some players out there that I would decline if I was y'all.

I have had 3 people ask about the Spurs having an option on LaMarcus Aldridge so I will cover that here. That option was part of his original salary structure from the league start up. You cannot sign a FA and add an option. Since Spurs declined his option his $27.5m salary comes off the books for 2022 and he becomes an automatic UFA with no chance of contract extension for SAS.
