Not "on the block". Since he has established himself as a true RB, we will listen to offers because of the league wide injury situation. It would take a lot, have been on this guy for a couple of years (UH cougar fan). Has RB and WR eligibility as well even though he has only lined up in the backfield this season. Would take the house, will only cost $6.5M in each year until 2023. He has one of the best contracts compared to other QBs and extension values. Huge believer in Burrow, we think he's a special QB with a perfect coach for fantasy that rarely makes mistakes and he can move around. Dude will be elite as soon as he gets an offensive line and could very well be elite in fantasy this year because of playing from behind. He will most likely win GIG Offensive Rookie of the Year regardless of conference so that will guarantee a payout this year as well. We will probably get a top 2 pick and think there are a couple other special QBs there, so we would listen on offers but still would take a back with the pick if we keep Joe. Will pay two years.
