Possible contraction?

Wanted to float an idea to the league. Been having a terrible time finding a new owner for Green Bay. Coupled with the turnover that seems to be pretty consistent the last two seasons, how would folks here feel about contracting the league to say 24 teams over time? No one would be booted. We would simply not replace teams as owners left, and once we hit six, would then contract the league. I would obviously still have to figure out details for this like what a contraction draft or FA would look like, and the league would manage orphans until we hit this number. Honestly, the thing that is the most draining for me as a commish is constantly having to recruit new folks. So my thought it a smaller league of the most dedicated folks here would likely be more sustainable, would result in less teams that are mismanaged and harder to sell, and add some additional depth to the league for competitive purposes. Thoughts?
