So here comes the big decision. Do you hold out hope you can get Wemby? Or do you sell the pick pre-lottery at a premium where you can add 3-4 more legit pieces? There is probably a path to the playoff either route you choose but in the East it might be a capped at a 1st round exit. How to Improve: *Gamble - Who really has several low cost assets to offer for a chance at Wemby? Keep the pick and try to get a generational player for like $8m per yr *Don't Be Afraid of Penalties - CHA has a good amount of cap space.
