Greetings all. I've taken over as the new GM of the Nationals, and welcome the chance to continue this rebuild that my predecessor has begun. Looking forward to chatting trades with you all, although bear with me as I come to terms with the precise wrinkles and peculiarities of the league setup.

Naturally given where we are the Nats are looking to the future, which means mostly prospects and draft picks, but will consider some young upside MLBers too.

With the biggest cap space in the league we'd happily consider taking on some salary dumps from those of you who are looking to clear space for FA bidding, so long as they are accompanied by prospects and/or picks that can improve us.

Nobody is off the table in discussions - it'd take a Godfather offer to move Corbin Burnes at $4m for 5 years, for instance, and I'm not looking to ship Julio Rodriguez in particular - but there's always a combination of players that can balance out any trade if you're willing to deal and are offering up quality in return.
