correct. ideally all leagues will be moving over
avatar
Pretty sure GIG and baseball leagues will be following suit shortly.
avatar
So all active leagues here will be at new site?
avatar
https://dynastysportshub.proboards.com We're moving leagues to a new site folks. Several users report not being able to access this site anymore. New board will have 3 admins instead of one absent admin so we should be able to keep things better updated.
avatar
1.3 pick in gig is on the block if anyone is interested
avatar
gotcha... makes sense. I just have draft brain right now and I'm a degenerate lol.
avatar
the thought was to wait until after the bulk of memorial day weekend so as to not stall out for a couple days, but I suppose there is no harm in it.
avatar
gig untimed start now?

Way to go QFL. Another great draft in the books
KTR Dynasty Analysis
#21
Golden State Warriors

Owner: Billy

Owner Analysis: Billy is one of the OG's and in fact commished on of the first big dynasty leagues I joined. However lately his squads seem to be in a perpetual state of rebuild.

Current Roster:
Top 10 - 1 (Ant Man)
Top 25 - 1 (E.Mobley)
Top 75 - 1 (DeRozan)
Top 125 - 1 (Capela)
Top 150 - 1 (S.Bey)
Top 200 - 2 (Westbrook, Schroder)

Extension Decisions:
Anthony Edwards RFA extension is $35m (Seems like a no brainer to bring back Ant. But right now GSW can't afford the price tag. A guy like this might actually get $35m in FA bidding)
Kira Lewis RFA extension is $4.2m (Doesn't look like it's going to pan out for Kira. Not in NOLA anyway. I'd pass on this extension as he's a min deal guy right now)
Saddiq Bey RFA extension is $30m (This is a hard pass. No one is paying $30m to Saddiq. Let him test the market)
Kelly Olynyk UFA extension is at least $11m (GSW doesn't have the loot to extend for this amount. Kelly is a useful player but I bet he doesn't go this high in FA)
Isaiah Livers UFA extension is $2.5m (For some reason the Pistons keep coming back to this guy. For the minimal price it's probably worth the flier)

Can't Extend:
Has avoided the mercenary route thus far

Deep Sleepers:
Dalen Terry (Well he is playing well in G-League but hasn't been able to crack the Bulls lineup. Only 21 y.o. so there's still time)
Nick Smith Jr. (Probably shouldn't have him here as I don't think he's that deep of a sleeper. He's been instant offense in garbage time with CLT)
Jeremiah Robinson-Earl (OKC kicked him to the curb but he got snatched up pretty quickly by NOLA. That's at least a decent sign)
Jaylinn Williams (Currently shooting 36% from the field so if he can find a shot, then he might be able to stick around)

Outlook: GSW decided to make it rain the offseason. I disagreed with that because they had too much youth to contend. Now they find themselves in 3rd place in the league proving once again that I'm bad at this. We shall see if they keep it up but all that spending does put them in an uncomfortable spot with their expirings.

Washington Wizards

Owner: mikestar

Owner Analysis: So far it has been a bumpy ride for mikestar. He has proven he knows how to tank well and that he is extremely lucky in the lottery. Now it's time to pour a little gas on the fire and see if he can turn this team into a winner.

Current Roster:
Top 10 - 2 (Wemby, C.Holmgren)
Top 25 - 1 (D.Garland)
Top 75 - 1 (Jalen Green)
Top 125 - 2 (D.Avdija, J.McDaniels)
Top 150 - 1 (Cole Anthony)
Top 200 - 2 (D.Daniels, KPJ)

Extension Decisions:
JT Thor UFA extension is $2.5m (If he hasn't been able to do much with the Hornets this season, then it may not happen. Money probably spent better elsewhere)
Deni Avdija RFA matching rights (Would have been $15m to extend. I predict he goes for at least $10m in bidding. And there is a chance he ends the season strong and goes for like $18m)
Cole Anthony RFA matching rights (Would have been $17m to extend. PG has been hard to come by and he has shown to be productive. Likely will be $15m in bidding)

Can't Extend:
Craig Porter Jr. (Given the Cavs injuries he has a chance to get a good chunk of minutes)
Victor Oladipo (May never play again, who knows. Rooting for him though)
Bismack Biyombo (Getting PT thanks to MEM injuries. Chips in with some REB and BLK's)
Jericho Sims (Pretty much only going to add rebounds but should have some opportunity with Mitchell Robinson's injury)

Deep Sleepers:
Doesn't really have anyone who qualifies aside from perhaps the previously mentioned JT Thor.

Outlook: This is a squad that has never topped 18 wins in a season. They are currently sitting at 13-15 so this is a new experience for them. The East is garbage so even going .500 gives them a shot at making the playoffs. They are young and perhaps not deep enough make a lot of noise this year. KPJ's situation made their road a little tougher and they probably don't have the cap to retain their RFA's next offseason. My gut says they will revert to their previous tactics to gun for the lottery and try their luck next year.

Los Angeles Lakers

Owner: Jasshooters

Owner Analysis: Still trying to get a read on Jasshooters to be honest. I am glad he asked for a franchise analysis. My bad for letting is slip thru the cracks for this long.

Current Roster:
Top 10 - 1 (Embiid)
Top 50 - 1 (D.Bane)
Top 75 - 1 (LeBron)
Top 125 - 0
Top 150 - 3 (Dinwiddie, I.Joe, V.Williams)
Top 200 - 1 (C.Paul)

Extension Decisions:
Chris Paul UFA extension is $13m (CP3 getting a little long in the tooth. Might be worth a 1 yr deal and cutting him loose after that)
Spencer Dinwiddie UFA extension is $24m (Yikes! Somehow he ranked 30th last season. Can't give him that kind of dough)
Lonnie Walker UFA extension is $7.2m (Would be a luxury signing but you can probably get him in UFA for less)
LeBron James UFA extension is $22m at best (Currently he would be $30m to extend. The old man isn't slowing down much so you just can't let him walk)
Drew Eubanks UFA extension is $7.5m (Drew is more of a min contract type guy. No thanks.)

Can't Extend:
Isaiah Joe is a UFA who has some promise. Sam Hauser, Dean Wade and Zeke Nnaji are also UFA who probably would only fetch a minimum deal.

Deep Sleepers:
None, Vince Williams no longer a deep sleeper and Isaiah Joe is a UFA next season.

Outlook: The West is a dogfight. Lakers are currently 11 games over .500 and only an 8th seed. There isn't a ton they can do to throw more gas in the fire this year having depleted their picks. They have $34m in cap next season and that might be a good opportunity for a tear down. LBJ would cost $30m to extend right now. You wouldn't be able to cobble together enough other talent to make a run. Flip some vets for picks and rebuild around Bane.
