Pretty sure GIG and baseball leagues will be following suit shortly.
avatar
So all active leagues here will be at new site?
avatar
https://dynastysportshub.proboards.com We're moving leagues to a new site folks. Several users report not being able to access this site anymore. New board will have 3 admins instead of one absent admin so we should be able to keep things better updated.

1.3 pick in gig is on the block if anyone is interested
avatar
gotcha... makes sense. I just have draft brain right now and I'm a degenerate lol.
avatar
the thought was to wait until after the bulk of memorial day weekend so as to not stall out for a couple days, but I suppose there is no harm in it.

gig untimed start now?

Way to go QFL. Another great draft in the books
CHI-POR Trade
#1
The Portland Trailblazers and Chicago Bulls have reached a trade agreement.

Portland sends:
G Goran Dragic (9.6 through 2022, Portland pays in 2021)
F Carmelo Anthony (3.7 through 2022)

Chicago sends:
G Landry Shamet (.8 in 2021)
Picks 1.19 and 1.25 in this year's draft (Chicago controls via Golden State, Boston)

Portland makes this move to cash in on two of our aging assets while they still have value worth cashing in on. While it certainly makes us a little less well-rounded in the immediate, between the draft and FA we think we can still be just as competitive next season, while positioning ourselves a little better in the long run. We also like Shamet as a potential long term piece. Thanks to Billy for the talks and good luck next season. Bulls to confirm.

I accept. I am going all in on competing this season. Move 3 young pieces for Dragic/melo. Counting on melo to go somewhere in off season where he’ll be used or just stay in Portland.

See spreadsheet... would need POR to pay 2.3m on someone in 2022 to make this trade cap compliant.

Please advise

Portland’s paying all of Dragic’s salary this year. See original post.

And that’s why the problem isn’t his salary in 2021. Please re-read.

My bad. I only read first part and didn’t see it showing me over cap on spreadsheet for 2022. I’ll see if Portland can cover $2.3m on Dragic or Melo

Portland agrees to pay 2.3M on Dragic in 2022 to make trade legal.
