This one hurts as a rockets fan, but we had to make a move to be able to pay our upcoming picks. KPJ is destined for stardom with his new incentive based deal. $8.4M x3 is looking like a steal right now. Grant allows us to cut future cap and trade for more picks using him. FYI - Jerami Grant already had $3m paid from a previous trade thus MEM will show $5.9m cash paid on their cap sheet instead of $8.9m
