Had a big stash of Robles rookie cards. GG defense and a contributor and former prospect with a WS ring. His 2019 value was just under $6M which falls off at years end. Easy extension at $2M for a 25yo talked about in the same breath as Acuna and Soto back in the day? Crazy fall from grace but we have time and he is cheap buy low value.

Ken Giles is a lotto ticket. Another with a 2019 value of $6M, he is coming off TJ and starting rehab in a few weeks. He should return by years end and give an indication of his true worth. TBR loves to recklessly wade into reclamation pitching. Giles has 105 career saves and decent numbers. Whether trade bait or a cheap extension, TBR gets relief from the Profar LT salary implications.
