Texans trade:

QB Jimmy Garrapolo, SF $20.7m, $20.7m
+ $20.7m cap in 2021

Browns trade:

WR Tylan Wallace, BAL $1.4m, $1.4m, $1.4m, $1.4m
+ $1.4m cap in 2021
3rd round pick (CLE)

The league office confirms this trade on behalf of CLE. Having a starting QB makes this franchise much more marketable to potential buyers. Even if Jimmy falls out in SF, this beats any other option out there for the time being, at a reasonable cost. Thanks HOU for the deal.
