Pretty sure GIG and baseball leagues will be following suit shortly.

So all active leagues here will be at new site?
avatar
https://dynastysportshub.proboards.com We're moving leagues to a new site folks. Several users report not being able to access this site anymore. New board will have 3 admins instead of one absent admin so we should be able to keep things better updated.

1.3 pick in gig is on the block if anyone is interested
avatar
gotcha... makes sense. I just have draft brain right now and I'm a degenerate lol.
avatar
the thought was to wait until after the bulk of memorial day weekend so as to not stall out for a couple days, but I suppose there is no harm in it.
avatar
gig untimed start now?

Way to go QFL. Another great draft in the books
ChW / Pit deal
#1
ChW sends:

Austin Slater 600k x 2
Chris Owings 500k

Pit sends:

#1 draft pick
Ryan Garcia n/a
Brandon Dixon 2.2 x 2
Brandon Drury 1.9 2.9 3.6

Slater (age 27) has .900+ OPS 2 years running in AAA and with about 400 major league at bats under his belt heading into this season, appears to be able to handlemajor league pitching. I think he has the track record to stick, although it could end up being a good sell high trade for ChW.

Trade also enables me to dump 3.5m in salary this year 4.3m next year, which I can reinvest in the free agent market. Since my #2 pick has already been traded, had to go with my #1 pick (19th overall) to make it worth giving up Slater and taking on this extra salary.

Owings (29) is a 4 position player with a fair amount of at bats this season in Colorado, gives much versatility as a backup on my team and can be easily extended if I choose to do so.

So essentially for the 19th overall pick, I'm getting an outfielder who appears to be major league ready with a decentprobabilityto be an above avg hitter, a 3.5m free agentplayer for2021 and a jack-of-all trades player. Seems fair. Easy talks withChW who willconfirm.

Pale Hose end of this thing is simple. Dream on the future and ignore the present. I like Slater (took the Giants way too long to give him at bats, yeah, looking at you Hunter Pence) Can absorb the bad money and who don't like a draft pick when their season is over before it began
