The Portland Trailblazers and Cleveland Cavaliers have reached a trade agreement. 

Portland sends: 
SG Kendrick Nunn (6M, 2023, 3M paid by POR this season (feel free to check my math...money is to be even))
SF Justice Winslow (2.5M, 2024)
2023 1st round pick

Cleveland sends:
SF Norman Powell (5.5M, 2023)
2023 2nd round pick

Portland is pushing to keep competitive this season, so we upgrade a couple short-term pieces to Norman Powell, who seems to be having a nice supporting role for the Clippers and can provide us an upgrade and depth until Middleton is back and healthy. Thanks to Kyle for the talks and best of luck going forward. Cavs to confirm.

Cavs confirm. Like adding Winslow to the roster and add a pick back. I like Powell but have big scoring options already in Trae and Jalen so was looking for help elsewhere.

Roster move- Buyout Mattise Thybulle- 4.8m cap hit all this year
