RULE VOTE CHANGE: IR Spots Increase

We currently allow for three IR spots per team. Part of the logic of having fewer than other leagues was that we have larger rosters, thus deeper benches. But enough have asked about increasing this, so if approved, this would increase our IR spots to 5. Please vote in the comments here. As with any rule change vote, this would require 75 percent approval, and would take affect immediately after passing, should it pass.

Would support traditional off-season change of this rule but not in-season change.
