The Washington Wizards and Oklahoma City Thunder have agreed to a deal.
WAS Sends Kawhi Leonard $19M, $19M, $19M ($3M, $3M already paid; additional $5.5 paid in '23) Gabe Vincent $0.8M, UFA OKC Sends Isaiah Stewart $1.9M, $3.4M, RFA Patrick Williams $3.5M, $4.8M, RFA Edmond Sommer $1.3M, UFA MEM 2023 1st Getting younger, getting some cap relief in '24 and '25, and getting an additional 1st were WAS's goals at the deadline. Hate to lose Kawhi's production, but this trade puts WAS on better footing going forward. OKC to confirm.
