Achieves my aim of getting a couple of prospects I like for a reliever that doesn't really provide me with a great deal of value now since I'm still in rebuild. I move up in the draft a bit as well. Happy to�take on some salary/roster space and to pay for Sims this year to get the deal done.�

Norris will be immediately bought out ($1.5m) once the trade goes through.

Guardians confirm.... like Sims to bounce back as his peripherals were nice last year and cross fingers that he lands the closer (or at least main set up) role.
