Pretty sure GIG and baseball leagues will be following suit shortly.
avatar
So all active leagues here will be at new site?
avatar
https://dynastysportshub.proboards.com We're moving leagues to a new site folks. Several users report not being able to access this site anymore. New board will have 3 admins instead of one absent admin so we should be able to keep things better updated.

1.3 pick in gig is on the block if anyone is interested
avatar
gotcha... makes sense. I just have draft brain right now and I'm a degenerate lol.
avatar
the thought was to wait until after the bulk of memorial day weekend so as to not stall out for a couple days, but I suppose there is no harm in it.

gig untimed start now?

Way to go QFL. Another great draft in the books
MIA/TB Trade
#1
MIAMI TRADES:

SP Lance Lynn (17.8M, 19.6M) (Miami pays all $17.8M in 2022)
SS Grae Kessinger (p/c n/a)

TB TRADES:

C Moises Ballesteros(p/c n/a)
3B Rece Hinds(p/c n/a)

Trading Lance Lynn was a miracle for me. Willing to pay for this year since this year is a wash to open up $19.6M in cap for 2023. Also getting stud catcher prospect Ballesteros has me jacked up and I loveRece Hinds potential.

Tampa to confirm

Confirm... moving two A ball prospects for a vet.

Hinds is a boom but prospect with some holes in his swing
Ballesteros is the Cubs heir apparent but a couple years away.

Simple deduction...TBR envisions turning Lynn into a #1 FYPD pick or trading for one or more MLB ready pieces to speed up the rebuild.

TBR feels it's an easy "Buy Low" proposition on a perennial Cy Young ace in Lance Lynn. The White Sox have been snake bit, but we feel confident in predicting they will be a WS contender in 2023.

Outside of injury, we broke a TBR management pitching commandment in paying up for SP.

The ability to eat his salary in a flip also means cap flexibility for a short term extension if we feel our youth movement can arrive ahead of schedule.
