Getting too highly productive players in their primes for the #1 overall pick. Seems like a good trade off and should put me back into the playoffs this year if everyone can stay healthy.

My team over achieved big time last season with no QB for most part and schedule breaks etc. Team wasn't that good and had financial restrictions etc. Not huge on Chubb either. So clear cap room and have the top pick to see which route to go via the pick bow to better set up roster longer term.
Lose production , clearly, as Smith is elite , but have to re shape this roster
