• FA and trading opens back up Wed 7/15

• Draft slots will average standings between 2019 and 2020 to determine draft order
  
  
• Temporary elimination of rule requiring roster space to place FA bid
  

Minimum of 42 games must be played for any payouts/pay structure to happen this year. �If season is interrupted or cancelled prior to that, all may rollover to 2021.�


Scoring:�
Replace QS with Quality appearance this year only.� Keeps original intention of scoring system intact while making adjustment for abnormal season


Contracts:�
As long as 42 games (70% of season is played), all contracts will progress on as normal.

If less than that are played and season cancelled, all contracts will toll and 2020 will become 2021 values.��

Will follow suit of BTL and allow a 1 time, 1 year extension at the average of a players current value and their current (2018/19) extension cost. This cannot be done to a player with a p-contract as they will no longer be prospect extension eligible.��

IR Moves do not need to be posted to board, just move them on fantrax

*Following other leagues, teams will receive a one time 500k per player cap credit for a player who opted out of the season.� This adds a minimum salary slot to the roster and the player not playing can be placed on IR for the season.


Players who are currently Free Agents that have opted out for 2020 cannot be added until the season is over and 2021 offseason commences.

One additional item-
For extensions, 2020 rankings will count as 1/2 of the value at the end of the year.

So if Mike Trout finishes 2020 with a value of $20m, he'll count at $10m for 2020 but the full value will stand for 2018 and 2019. The highest rank of the 3 years will count after 8/15 for their extension value.
