Pretty sure GIG and baseball leagues will be following suit shortly.
avatar
So all active leagues here will be at new site?
avatar
https://dynastysportshub.proboards.com We're moving leagues to a new site folks. Several users report not being able to access this site anymore. New board will have 3 admins instead of one absent admin so we should be able to keep things better updated.

1.3 pick in gig is on the block if anyone is interested
avatar
gotcha... makes sense. I just have draft brain right now and I'm a degenerate lol.
avatar
the thought was to wait until after the bulk of memorial day weekend so as to not stall out for a couple days, but I suppose there is no harm in it.
avatar
gig untimed start now?

Way to go QFL. Another great draft in the books
Dodgers and Braves Trade

Dodgers trade Ke'Bryan Hayes for James Triantos of the Braves

Dodgers: Moving a MLB player for a top prospect, wanting to increase controllable years on a likely MLB regular in the near future.

Atlanta has been in need of a third baseman or sometime, and this was the easiest path to get one after looking at the prices in free agency. Thanks, Chris, I hope Triantos s turns out to be a superstar!

Veto. Hayes strong 2nd half last year gives optimism of a breakout, and triantos isnt in the top 100 of BA, fangraphs, prospects live, etc. Hayes being in his final minor league contract means Atlanta possibly is getting at the very least a good 3rd baseman for incredibly cheap, and even more if the breakout does indeed happen.

Dodgers need a better return to make this trade fair imo

Triantos, for the record is #73 in MLB, #98 in Fantrax, and #91 in Baseball Prospectus. and in all 3 cases he is on the rise from his last year's rankings. Ke'bryan Hayes is the #17 3B in our rankings for this season and is barely above replacement in this league. His projections for this year almost mirror what he did in 2022 and 2023, so making an assumption that his numbers will somehow vault up would be great if it happens, but that's complete prognostication and not analytical. It's also the last year of his P-24 deal so he now gets more expensive compared to Triantos (not a lot, but there's still a salary gap there).

approve. triantos is a rising stock guy for sure

approve. rather have hayes at this point but if someone paid and wants to play for future they should be able to do that. hayes should do better but he isnt all that, yet.

Approve, I think ATL is getting the better deal but Hayes isn't a game changer. This could easily be flipped in value by this time next year as Triantos was a FYPD darling and has shown flashes
