Pelicans/Jazz Trade - Palooka81 - 07-03-2022 Pelicans acquire: Grant - 13.5m/13.5m ($4M paid this year and next by Jazz) Poetl - 2.4m 2023 1st Jazz acquire: 1.06 - 5.5m 2.14 - 800k 2.23 - 800k Jazz to confirm.  We didn't really want to move pick #6 but opportunities present themselves and this move allows us to move in a competitive direction this season. Jazz get to save some cap space and cash in on two productive players who will likely cost a total of 23m starting in 2024. RE: Pelicans/Jazz Trade - Seannyboi77 - 07-03-2022 Jazz confirm. This trade allows us to keep a championship caliber core together via extensions, add a young controllable star (hopefully), and allows us the flexibility to sign depth via free agency.
