These players should be secondary pieces and not primary pieces for a player like Lindor.

I think the deal is weak. However, I think some are valuing Lindor as old Lindor. In the last three seasons his best year by our rankings/valuation system was 2019 when he was 33rd. In 2020 he was 119 and in 2021 he was 125. I think we all expect a bounce back, but I don't think it is an unreasonable deal. Garcia is a Top 100 guy who is in the majors now. Pavin Smith is a good young player. So I say let STL manage the team.
