Covid playoff rule - ProfitKing - 12-19-2021 With Covid running rampant through the NFL and causing 3 games to be re-scheduled, we are going to institute the process we had last year. If you have anyone from those re-scheduled games, you can keep them in your lineup and post a substitute here in the event that the game ends up cancelled.
