Minor League Eligibility - kylerap - 07-12-2020 Minor League eligibility will mirror Major League Baseball's rookie eligibility. Any player can be moved to the minors as long as they have less than 130 MLB AB's and 50 IP.   After that time they are no longer eligible and must be promoted immediately or dropped.  Any team keeping ineligible players on their minors roster will have an illegal roster and will not accumulate stats until corrected.
