Pittsburgh is offering an extension to it's meteoric rise OF, Cedric Mullins:
Ranked #16 in 2021 ($14.8) with a 50% prospect discount ($7.4)
4-year contract please, evenly spread across 2022-2025

Two corrections per rules, if you wish to still do extension, which will be allowed:
1) final year of PC deal is 75% discount
2) Prospect extensions are only for a max of 3 years
Would be $11.1m for 3 years. Please let me know if you still want this extension

Yup, was waiting for extensions to be finalized. Here you go:
Soto - 2 year extension at $1.5 (unranked)
Hill - 2 year extension at $1.5 (unranked)
Loup - 2 year extension at $2.0 (ranked #114 in 2021)
Severino - 4 year extension at $5.0 (unranked in the past 3 seasons, min $5.0 for a 4-year contract) (Please do the extension at $5.3, $4.9, $4.9, $4.9)
