Roster Set-Up - Billy - 05-24-2020
Initial Roster
The start up draft will have 2 rounds. The first round you will draft an entire team's offense and the 2nd round, you will draft an entire teams defense. From the offense and defense, you will choose a beginning roster. Must select at least 20 players and up to 30 players from the beginning offense and defense
Contracts can be found here:�http://www.spotrac.com/cap-tracker/nfl/�and we will be using Annual Average Salary. We will provide a spreadsheet with your initial roster to avoid confusion. (Some draft picks may still be unsigned at this time. If this happens we will use our best estimate)

Salary Cap:
$130m per team

Roster Guidelines:
�Each team�s roster must have at least 30 players on the team (IR players will count to the 30 minimum) from Week 1 till the end of the season. No roster may ever have more than 45 active players (with the exception of IR players)

Offense (11)
1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 3 RB/WR/TE, 1 K
Defense (11)
2 DE, 1 DT, 3 LB, 2 CB, 2 S, 1 Utility Def player

Injured Reserve/Suspended Players
There are 3 IR spots.� Suspended players may also be placed on the IR.� Both are out of the control of the fantasy GM and a fantasy GM should not be penalized by the actions of a player or rogue commissioner and his agenda.� You may dictate ONE IR player as a cash exemption (meaning his salary for that year is wiped from the books). This may only use on someone who is officially ruled out for the year (such as Carson Wentz in week 13 from this season). Once you've posted to use it, you cannot change the player it goes towards.
