SEA-CLE trade - tomviolence - 02-18-2021 The Seattle Mariners and Cleveland Indians have reached a trade agreement.  Seattle trades:  OF Aaron Hicks (11.3M 2021, 6.7M through 2023)  4.6M paid toward Hicks in 2021 Cleveland trades:  2B/SS Mauricio Dubon (doc says p-na but pretty sure it should be p-22) A little bit of a gamble on both our sides. Hicks of course the superior bat when healthy, but also older and more expensive. Dubon fills a need for us at 2B with the trade of Cesar Hernandez, and is const controlled, and we like his potential to stick in the bigs as a contributor.
