Feb 13- Start Minors draft
Mar 3- Free Agency opens
TO DO:
* Update p-levels for players that moved up in 2020
- Fix position elgibility
- Update Schedule to mirror 2019 for full season

Needs to be at max of 35mlb and 20 minors, so 5 promotions would work.
