One note- penalties are calculated wrong from Upton, Kela, Treinen.
Amount adds up all remaining salaries averaged out by year and then slotted based on penalty thresholds.
All 3 would have 2m cap hit for all 3 years remaining if you still wish to drop them.

As I thought I would have more cap space pls drop Tanaka at 3m per year I think.
