SEA - WAS trade - blurred - 02-11-2024 Mariners trade C Gabriel Moreno, pc 2026 Nationals trade P Bailey Ober, pc 2024 P Richard Fitts, pc n/a I’m a believer in Ober, but was likely over-stocked at pitcher and so decided that Ober would likely bring me the sort of return I was looking for. With a glaring hole at catcher on the roster, this lateral move to swap a good young arm for a good up and coming catcher made the most sense for me from the various options that presented themselves.
