The Mariners and Red Sox have reached a trade agreement.
Seattle sends:
OF Jonny Deluca (pcna)
Boston sends:
RP Justin Topa (pc26)
Seattle gets Topa back....in np lol We have a glut of young OFers and a need for strong RPs, so this trade made sense for us as a simple swap. Thanks to Boston as always for the talks and Sox to confirm.

Red Sox confirm.
Topa's sole reason for being on the Red Sox is that he was a Mariner lol. We are going to try and replace the SVH through free agency with arms we prefer over Topa.
We knew Deluca was available since the M's blocked him the other day. The Rays acquired Deluca in the Glasnow trade so they obviously see something in special in him. So we'll join the Rays on this venture.
Always good going through trade talks with the boss man. Highly recommend him for your next trade.
