ATL - TEX trade - fantasysportsdc - 01-24-2024 ATL sends Vinnie Pasquantino, P-25 TEX sends Jarred Kelenic, P-24 ATL makes this deal to trade one of our excess 1B for an OF.  I still believe Kelenic's best days are ahead of him, and it's a low risk for me with Vinnie being my 4th 1B.  Love the deal for both sides and hope it's a boom for us both! RE: ATL - TEX trade - SoonerorLitigator - 01-24-2024 Easy talks and I think an easy straightforward deal for both teams. I need a 1B. I have some near ready prospects but they all have holes. I think Pasquantino has a pathway to consistent ABs and he has some power upside. I have held onto Kelenic for a long time hoping he would break-out. And like ATL, I think he could this year with a new franchise so I take on the risk that he becomes the player he was thought be as a prospect, but it is worth it for us to secure a 1B who is young and has shown some upside at the big league level already.
