FYI, this section is for Laimbeer/Commish to move trades after he's completed processing them on FanTrax+Google Sheets. This is not for teams to post their own completed trades (though I get the phrasing can be confusing to new players).
When you click on "Transactions", there's a "Post Thread" (the second one), all the way down at the bottom. It's the "Post Thread" that's below the posts for "Free Agency begins 7/17/23 at 9am EST", and "Knicks and Lakers Trade". Clicking that will let you post a trade for the Commish/League to review.
