LAL / IND - KG3 - 02-17-2023 Lakers trade: Pat Beverly (fully paid this season) Pacers trade: Ben Simmons (fully paid this season) 2023 second round picks for both GSW and IND Salary caps for both teams don’t change Lakers accept. Possibly adding one more contributor if Ben can get his head out of his ass RE: LAL / IND - TMurphy3 - 02-17-2023 Pacers confirm. Finally gave up and just a cap dump for the Pacers. Simmons production the remainder of the year didn’t outweigh the flexibility to get cap space next year. Lakers take a shot but also retain cap this year to buy him out if they desire. Thanks to the Lakers for the smooth deal.
