Gallen is on an expiring PC deal so we will extend him. This is about adding to our pitching staff. It has been injury filled and I am trying to get two really good arms in it. I can afford to move Contreras as I have Adley and Bart. Miranda hurts. He hasn't stopped hitting since the pandemic year. Will have to fill a void at 3B but solidifying the pitching staff was more important.  Extend Gallen: #19 currently puts his extension at $10.2M x 75% for prospect extension.
