COL / CLE Trade - jeffwp91 - 07-21-2022 Rockies send: SP: Patrick Sandoval pc-23 SP: Jared Shuster pc-na SP: Robert Gasser pc-na 3rd round pick Guardians send: SP: Pablo Lopez 3.2M through 24 Rockies deal 3 cost controlled pitchers for Pablo Lopez who routinely is around the top 20-30 pitcher discussion any year when healthy. My current staff is good, but gets a bump on the upgrade from Sandoval to Lopez. As an added bonus his contract fits nicely with my roster. I'm a big fan of the pitchers I gave up, however pitching prospects can be inherently risky. The Guardians get a talented duo and a proven commodity in Sandoval, who still has some upside himself. Thanks to the Guardians and best of luck rest of season and beyond. Guardians to confirm.
