Pat, your narrative is all over the map. The fact that you traded for Canha and Smith means it’s more likely you should trade away a 1B eligible player (and those trades really have nothing to do with whether this one should be processed).
Also, didn’t you just trade away Evan White?
Additionally, your reasoning for wanting to trade away SS-only players doesn’t make any sense, as you made 3 offers to me for Adames in the few days prior.
I also raised the eligibility issue in the groupme several days before, so it was on the radar.
